Double Knee lift: So, how to do this exercise. Initially, lay down on the mat facing above. Legs should be straight, close to each other and palms facing down. Keep you lower back pressed against the mat and slowly light your legs above till hips leaves the floor. After two seconds, slowly lower your legs down, back to the start position. Repeat twelve times and perform two sets every day. Benefits: It helps to get build strong abs and hips. It strengthens abdominal and supports back muscles. It helps you to burn calories.
